The HMC6475LC4B is a wideband MMIC Voltage Controlled Oscillator that operates from 3.9 to 7.5 GHz. This VCO has a built-in resonator, negative resistance device, and a varactor diode into its design.

It provides an output power of 5 dBm while operating from a single +5V supply and consuming up to 53 mA of current. It has a low SSB phase noise of -106 dBc/Hz @ 100 kHz. The HMC6475LC4B is available in a RoHS compliant SMT package and is ideal for Industrial/Medical equipment, test & measurement equipment, Satcom, military radar and electronic warfare applications.
