The LE-Ka1310301 is a Voltage Controlled Oscillator that operates from 23.5 to 24.8 GHz. It requires a 3V supply voltage and has a tuning voltage from 0. To 1.6 V. The VCO provides 15 dBm of output power. It is ideal for high-speed data, communications, IoT and space communications applications.

The VCO has an integrated sub-harmonic mixer to provide better phase stability. The MMIC is fully passivated for additional protection and has all bond pads and backside gold plated. The LE-Ka1310301 MMIC is compatible with precision die attach methods, as well as thermo-compression and thermosonic wire bonding, making it ideal for MCM and hybrid microcircuit applications.
