The CVCO55CC-3950-3950 from Crystek Microwave is a Coaxial Resonator Oscillator with an output frequency of 3950 MHz. It delivers an output power of up to 7 dBm with a phase noise of -84 to -160 dBc/Hz at offsets from 1 kHz to 10 MHz. It has a tuning frequency of 5 MHz/V with a tuning voltage from 0.5-4.5 V. The oscillator has peak-to-peak frequency pulling of up to 1 MHz, and pushing of up to 1 MHz/V. It requires a DC supply of 4.75-5.25 V and consumes less than 36 mA of current. The oscillator is available in a tape & reel package that measures 0.5 x 0.5 inches and is suitable for narrowband applications.
