The ZX95-2536C+ is a low phase noise VCO that operates from 2315 to 2536 MHz. It has an output power of 6 dBm and a phase noise of -105 dBc/Hz at a 10 kHz offset. The VCO has a tuning voltage range from 0.5 to 5 V with a sensitivity from 57 to 77 MHz/V and a 70 MHz 3 dB Bandwidth. It requires a 5 V DC Supply to operate and is available in a module with SMA connectors. Can be used in the lab or for WiMAX, TD-SCDMA/HSDPA and a number of other applications.
