The V200ME07-LF from Z-communications is a Voltage Controlled Oscillator which can be tunes to a frequency from 173 to 192 MHz with a tuning voltage from 0.5 to 4.5 V. This VCO provides a spectrally clean signal with a phase noise as low as -120 dBc/Hz at 10 kHz offset while operating on a supply of 5 Vdc and draws less than 17 mA of current. It delivers an output power of 5 dBm into a 50 ohm load. The VCO has a typical second harmonic suppression of -20 dBc and operates over the temperature range of -55 to 85ºC. It is available in a MINI-16 package that measures 0.5 x 0.5 x 0.22 inches and is ideal for microwave radios, broadband transmission and video products. The VCO is available in tape and reel packaging for production requirements making it ideal for automated surface mount assembly and reflow.
