The ATH800M6G from AR RF/Microwave Instrumentation is a Microwave Horn Antenna that operates from 0.8 to 6 GHz. With a minimum gain of 11 dBi, the antenna supplies the high-intensity fields necessary for RFI/EMI field testing within and beyond the confines of a shielded room. Based on the popular ATH800M5GA, this model has similar performance through 5 GHz, with additional frequency coverage up to 6 GHz, and is ideal for use with AR’s 6 GHz amplifier models.

The antenna features specially designed septums that are installed to focus the energy, ensuring the intensity of the field for 3-meter testing. It provides the lower frequency microwave response required for many often used test specifications. This horn antenna measures 18.25 x 18.25 x 27.25 inches and is available with a 7-16 DIN Female connector. It is ideally suited for radar pulse testing in the multiple radar bands over the 0.8-6 GHz frequency range. The antenna can also be custom calibrated to the user’s requirement for use in RF emission testing. The export classification for this antenna is EAR99.
