The TS8100 from Semtech is a 40 W Wireless Power Receiver that supports Qi, PMA, and other proprietary charging applications. It consists of a single LC resonant circuit that provides dual-mode Qi. The receiver is compatible with variable voltage, variable frequency, and variable duty cycle transmitters and has an integrated controller and flash set up for communications and control. It supports indirect (fixed voltage) and multi-cell battery charging applications with a voltage greater than 3.15 V. The receiver is available in a 20-lead ultra thin fine pitch quad flat package and is suitable for cell phones and smartphones, GPS devices, digital cameras, tablets, and eReaders, portable lighting, toys, medical devices, and industrial devices applications.
