In this presentation a procedure for extracting accurate and reliable nonlinear behavioral models from active load-pull measurement data is presented. The proposed method has been implemented on a measurement system capable of producing extremely high-speed load-pull sweeps. The extracted data can be used directly to obtain the behavioral device model, which proves to be very accurate and reliable in the applied multi-dimensional measurement space.
