What strengths does SiGe offer above RF CMOS or SOI technologies? Presenter Bio:

Simon Prutton runs the SiGe Product Line within the RF Business Unit at GlobalFoundries. He has worked previously in a variety of roles and at several high-performance analog semiconductor companies, including National Semiconductor, Micrel and Intersil. He holds a BSc in Electronic & Electrical Engineering from the University of Birmingham, England.
