Next-Generation (3G/4G) Voice Quality Testing with POLQA®
POLQA® (Perceptual Objective Listening Quality Analysis) is the next-generation mobile voice quality testing standard according to recommendation ITU-T P.863 and has been especially developed for the super wideband requirements of HD Voice, 3G, VoLTE (4G), VoHSPA and VoIP. This white paper describes the POLQA® algorithm implemented in the R&S® UPV Audio Analyzer and shows an example hardware setup for standard independent audio measurements.
