Efficient production testing of NFC devices
Main applications of NFC include mobile payment and the exchange of digital data such as electronic business cards. To make sure that the polling NFC device can generate the necessary magnetic field or, respectively, the listening device can receive sufficient energy for data transmission, the NFC device’s antenna and feed must be tested in production. The NFC device only works as expected if the antenna exhibits a good matching characteristic and is properly connected to the RFID chip.
