RFM Integrated Devices (RFMi) designs, develops, markets a broad range of radio frequency (RF) component and module products for low power and wireless communications. RFMi carry 5 major timing and frequency products lines for the emerging wireless applications:
- SAW Resonators, Filters
- Crystal Oscillators, TCXO, VCXO, OCXO
- Dielectric filters
- Patch antennas and Chip antennas
- Certain front-end modules including LNA and SAW filters
Currently, RFMi supplies high reliability SAW Filters (including Band Pass Filters and Band Reject Filters or Notch Filters, for both RF Filtering and IF Filtering applications), SAW Diplexers and SAW Resonators, giving RF engineers a broad range of SAW components.
RFMi also offers a low power RFIC supporting license-free 863-960MHz ISM frequency band, and will also offer Xtal products (Xtals, XO’s, TCXO’s, VCXO’s, VCTCXO’s, OCXO’s, etc.) In addition, RFMi will support product lines as Dielectric filters, Patch antennas and Chip antennas and Certain front-end modules including LNA and SAW filters qualified by major IC chip-sets suppliers.
