Advanced Control Comopnents was acquired by Aeroflex Incorporated in July 2010 for $20 million in cash. ACC was merged into Aeroflex Microelectronic Solution’s unit and added to its portfolio of standard and custom-engineered control components and integrated microwave assemblies.
