I2R Nanowave was established with an R&D center in Atlanta, CA focused on MMIC and high power device designs. It went on to establish a design and manufacturing facility in 2014 in Macungie, Pennsylvania. The company is focused on the design, development, build to print, and product manufacture serving the microwave and optoelectronics industries. Building on their capabilities from chip design, to advanced thin film substrates, to synthesizers and amplifiers, they integrate multiple RF functions into single assemblies. They also have extensive experience delivering high power pulsed and CW amplifiers based on the latest GaN and GaAs technologies for radar, defense, communication, industrial and scientific applications.
