IEEE/CIC 2023 is the 12th international conference on communications in China (ICCC 2023) and will be held in Dalian, China, on August 10-12, 2023. The conference has the theme of Integrating Space-Air-Ground-Sea Communications. It is a unique venue for bringing together global researchers and practitioners in communications to the greater China region. In addition to providing a forum for people to present their frontier research work and discuss the latest breakthroughs, ICCC 2023 also features keynotes, technical symposia, industrial and academic panels, workshops, tutorials, and industry expositions, serving as a friendly platform to interact, inspire and discover.
