ESA Opens Paper Submissions for the 1st Space Microwave Week to be Held in the Netherlands

The organizers for ESA’s 1st Space Microwave Week have invited prospective authors to submit abstracts of original papers for presentation at the conference. The papers could range from research work or description of new technologies to description of innovative concepts in design, testing, validation, or operation of equipment and systems /subsystems, including their results.

Abstracts should be submitted in English by completing the electronic paper submission form no later than 19th December 2022. During the submission process, authors will need to provide the following information:

  • Paper title (limited to no more than 50 words)
  • Proposed topic for the paper
  • Preferred presentation type (oral or poster)
  • Author(s) name(s) and affiliation(s)
  • Contact person
  • Summary of the paper (maximum 600 words).

Each submitted abstract will be peer-reviewed by the Technical Program Committee. Acceptance of the paper will be based on the appropriateness of the topic, quality, novelty, and clarity of the content. Notification of Acceptance as an oral presentation or poster will be provided to authors by 30th January 2023. After acceptance of contributions, authors will be invited to prepare a final proceedings paper addressing the comments of the reviewers.
