Taitien Electronics Introduces a Compact, High Precision Crystal Oscillator for Low Power Mobile Applications

Taitien Electronics has introduced the O3 TYPE compact high precision crystal oscillator for low-power mobile applications. The O3 TYPE package size is 1.65 x 1.25 mm, which is 60% smaller than the 2.50 x 2.00 mm package making it easy to adapt to various small-scale design applications. It has a frequency stability of ±25 ppm under a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C, and ±50 ppm at a temperature range of -40°C to +105°. 

In addition to the fast enable/disable function, it takes as short as 10ns for the rise and fall times which effectively reduces the product power consumption. The unique features of O3 TYPE are beneficial to small-size mobile applications, such as 5G smartphones, smart watches, smart homes, smart glasses, Internet of Things (IoT), AR/VR devices, Bluetoothwireless charging, etc.
