Mini-Circuits Introduces 1.7 kW Amplifier & Driver Pair for 27 MHz ISM Band Applications

Mini-Circuits has introduced the latest additions to its RF & microwave energy amplifier portfolio - the RFE-24M30M1K7X+ and RFE-24M30M075X+. The RFE-24M30M1K7X+ Solid-State High-Power Amplifier is capable of delivering up to 1.7 kW output power for applications in the 27 MHz ISM band and the RFE-24M30M075X+ 4-Channel Driver Amplifier provides four output channels up to 19 W at P3dB in the 27 MHz ISM band to drive 4 x RFE-24M30M1K7X+ power amplifiers.

This High-Power Amplifier & Driver pair is designed to work together, bringing a new level of performance and ease of use to high-power systems for a wide range of industrial, scientific, medical and semiconductor applications in the 27 MHz band.
