The GL7X1-IOTCM-5FT from PCTEL is a Multi-Band Low Profile MIMO Antenna for 5G/LTE, 802.11ac Wi-Fi and GNSS applications. It operates at frequencies from 617-960 MHz, 1.71-2.70 GHz, 2.4-2.5 GHz, 3.4-3.8 GHz, 4.9-5.9 GHz, 5.15-5.95 GHz for RF (cellular & Wi-Fi) communications, and at 1565-1608 MHz for GNSS communications. For RF communications, it can deliver linear vertically polarized signals having an output power of up to 25 W with a gain of up to 9.3 dB and an efficiency of up to 53%. For GNSS, it has an active antenna that can deliver right-hand circularly polarized signals with an amplifier gain of 26 dB, a noise figure of less than 2 dB, and a VSWR of less than 2:1. The antenna provides isolation of more than 14 dB for RF communications.
The GL7X1-IOTCM-5FT is a 5G-ready multi-band antenna that has high rejection filtering for wide-band coverage with superior out-of-band rejection for GNSS frequencies. It is a permanent-mount antenna that can be installed with adhesive VHB tape. The multi-port MIMO antenna has a UV-stable high impact Glass Fiber Reinforced (GFR) radome and with IP67-rated protection against water/dust ingress. It is available in an enclosure that measures 251 x 88 mm with a 7/8” metal stud mount having slotted jam nut that provides single cable exit for ease of installation and replacement. This antenna is ideal for Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS), remote monitoring, and Industrial IOT (IIOT) applications.
