The EGRV4Q4-65D-R8 from CommScope is a 22-Port Sector Antenna that operates from 694 – 960 MHz, 1695 – 2690 MHz and 3400 – 3800 MHz. This ±45° polarized antenna provides a gain of up to 17.8 dBi and has a VSWR of 1.5:1. It has a horizontal beam width of up to 85°, a vertical beamwidth from 5 to 8.6° and a beam tilt from 2 to 12°. It has an upper sidelobe suppression (first lobe) of 16 dB, a front-to-back ratio of up to 31 dB, and provides a cross-polarization isolation of 28 dB. The antenna can handle an input power of up to 300 W (per port) and has a passive intermodulation (PIM; 2x20 W) of -150 dBc. It supports beamforming with eight internal RETs that control the antenna arrays.
The EGRV4Q4-65D-R8 includes a 4-column array for 2300 – 3800 MHz and a calibration port that is optimized to support soft split beamforming. It is available in a housing that measures 2688 x 498 x 197 mm and has 4.3-10 (female) connectors. It has new aerodynamic endcaps for wind load optimization and can withstand up to 241 km/h (149.75 mph).
