The MBT-283+ from Mini-Circuits is a Bias Tee MMIC that operates from 1.5 to 28 GHz. It can handle up to 1 W of input power and DC input current of up to 500 mA. This bias tee has an insertion loss of less than 1 dB and provides an isolation of up to 57 dB. It is available in a 16-lead surface mount MCLP package that measures 3.5 x 2.5 mm and is suitable for biasing amplifiers, laser diodes and active antennas.
