The TNC Series from Delta Electronics are TNC Connectors that operate from DC to 11 GHz. These 50-ohm connectors are available in various configurations and have 7/16-28 threaded coupling (similar in size to BNC connectors, but with better electrical characteristics). They are best suited for use with cables in the range of .150" to .250" diameter but are available for flexible and semi-rigid cables from .085" to over .75" diameter.
These connectors are available in multiple configurations and geometries. They have options for compliance with the latest issues of MIL-PRF-39012, MIL-A-55339, or other applicable MIL specifications and interfaces are in accordance with MIL-STD-348.
The TNC Series connectors provide fast, reliable assembly to flexible cable without special tooling and can be mounted securely in a single round hole, saving space on components and reduces housing fabrication costs. They have Brass (male) and Beryllium Copper (female) contacts with Gold/Silver plating and Silicone rubber gaskets.
