The PE44951 from p-Semi is a 2-way Phase Shifter that operates from 6.025 to 7.525 GHz. It has digitally controlled step attenuators and provides a phase shift range of 357°. This phase shifter is manufactured on pSemi’s UltraCMOS® process, a patented variation of silicon-on-insulator (SOI) technology on a sapphire substrate, which features high compactness, excellent isolation, and an insertion loss of 8.5 dB. Each path of the phase shifter is controlled through SPI control pins. The phase shifter is available in a 32-lead FCLGA package that measures 5.0 x 5.0 x 0.7 mm and is ideal for input signals phase and magnitude control for the power amplifier, 4G macro/microcell, and 5G massive MIMO system application.
