The SDLVA-160-80 from Quantic PMI is a Successive Detector Log Video Amplifier (SDLVA) that operates from 120 to 200 MHz. This SDLVA has a log slope of 25 mV/dB, a log linearity of ±1.0 dB, and a dynamic range from -80 dBm to 0 dBm. It has a rise time of 30 ns and a fall time of 60 ns. This amplifier has been designed using cutting-edge GaAs technology, which offers excellent performance and reliability in a compact package. It requires a positive DC supply of +12 V, and a negative DC supply of -12 V, and consumes less than 200 mA of current. This SDLVA is available in a module that measures 3.75 x 1.50 x 0.50 inches and is ideal for high-speed channelized receiver applications.
