The DRO-1087 from Microwave Dynamics is a Space Qualified Dielectric Resonator Oscillator (DRO) that can be configured to operate at a single frequency from 1 to 36 GHz. It is factory tuned to a specific frequency value and has a tuning range of +/-2 MHz using a 0 to 12 tuning voltage. The free-running DRO provides an output power of up to 13 dBm and has a phase noise of -90 dBc/Hz @ 10 kHz offset. This device requires a supply of 8V and consumes 90mA of current. 

The DRO-1087 is available in a hermetically sealed Kovar packaging (1.90 x 1.00 x 0.80 inches) and follows the device-level environmental screening, MIL-PRF/DTL, ESA and NASA. It is designed according to different classes and levels of military and aerospace agencies requirements MIL-PRF-38534, ASA, ESA, JAXA, ISRO, CNSA, and RFSA.
