The PE53111 from pSemi is a switch + LNA module that operate from 2.3 to 2.7 GHz. The module has an on-chip, fail-safe switch that can handle an average input power of up to 5W. The modules support sub-6 GHz 5G new radio (NR) bands and meets the stringent RF system requirements of massive MIMO base stations. It provides ESD protection up to 1kV HBM and operate in environments up to 105 degrees Celsius. This modules is available in a 32-lead, 5 x 5 mm LGA package and is ideal for remote radio units that operate in the sub-6 GHz frequency bands. By using multiple front ends, each channel can be controlled individually within the selected frequency band, offering flexibility in the overall system design.
