The HR3135-10A from RFHIC is a Front End Module that operates from 3.1 to 3.5 GHz (Tx) and 2.9 to 3.5 GHz (Rx). On the Tx side, it delivers an output power of more than 41 dBm with a typical gain of 21.5 dB and an efficiency of up to 45%. It provides a pulse width of up to 100 us with a duty cycle of 10% (max). On the Rx side, it has a noise figure of less than 3.5 dB. The receiver switches between LNA-mode and Bypass-mode. The antenna port switch provides duplexer functionality and has a built in limiter diode to protect the receiver against power surges.

The HR3135-10A is based on GaN on SiC technology and has an operating temperature range from -30° to +85°C. It is available as a surface-mount hybrid package that measures 24.0 x 14.0 x 3.9 mm and built with Aluminium nitride (AlN)-PCBs for excellent thermal dissipation. This FEM has been developed for S-band radar system applications.
