The SKY85207-11 from Skyworks is a 2.4 GHz 802.11ac Front End Module for WLAN receive, WLAN transmits, and Bluetooth modes. It consists of an integrated single-pole, triple-throw (SP3T) switch and low-noise amplifier (LNA) with a bypass mode. The FEM provides a receive gain of 14 dB, has a noise figure of 1.9 dB, and a transmit/Bluetooth path loss of 0.7 dB. It is available in a DFN package that measures 1.5 x 1.5 mm and is ideal for Wi-Fi-enabled handsets, tablets, & mobile systems, System-in-Package (SiP) modules for embedded systems, 802.11n/ac smartphones & tablets, automotive and cellular telematics applications.
