The AA-12G-4KWP from Advanced Amplifiers is a Solid-State Power Amplifier (SSPA) that operates from 1 to 2 GHz. It delivers a peak pulse output power of 4 kW with more than 66 dB of power gain. This SSPA has a Class AB linear GaN design, offering high efficiency with excellent reliability and ruggedness. It has spurious levels of -60 dBc and harmonics of -20 dBc. This amplifier has built-in protection with extensive monitoring capabilities of parameters such as VSWR, output power, voltage, current, harmonics, and gain.

The AA-12G-4KWP offers remote flexible interfaces such as Ethernet, RS422, RS485, GPIB, and USB. It is available in a 10U rack-mount enclosure that measures 580 x 444 x 482 mm with N-type (female) input /output interfaces. This SSPA requires an AC supply of 100-240 V and consumes less than 1.5 kW of power. It is suitable for linear high-peak pulse applications.
