The AA-12G-4KWP from Advanced Amplifiers is a Solid-State Power Amplifier (SSPA) that operates from 1 to 2 GHz. It delivers a peak pulse output power of 4 kW with more than 66 dB of power gain. This SSPA has a Class AB linear GaN design, offering high efficiency with excellent reliability and ruggedness. It has spurious levels of -60 dBc and harmonics of -20 dBc.
