The APTC2-04000800-2K00-D4 from AmpliTech is a cryogenic amplifier that operates from 4 to 8 GHz. This octave band LNA is designed for cryogenic applications down to 2.1K (Noise Temperature) with a low Noise Figure of 0.6 dB at +23°C case temperature across the band. It provides more than 6 dBm of saturated output power and a gain of 24 dB while operating from a single supply 0.5 V.
