The ACPM-5017 from Avago Technologies is a fully matched 10-pin surface mount module designed for LTE Band 12 and Band 17. It operates from 698 MHz to 716 MHz and has 5th generation of Avagos CoolPAM circuit technology which enhances battery life by supporting 3 power modes to; bypass, mid and high power modes. The amplifier has an integrated coupler and isolation ports for daisy chain, is internally matched to 50 ohms and is available in a 3 mm x 3 mm RoHS package.
