The BVA3143 from Berex is a digitally controlled variable gain amplifier that operates from 3.3 to 3.8 GHz. At 3.55 GHz, this amplifier provides a gain of 40 dB with a noise figure of 3.9 dB and an output power of 26.2 dBm. It has an integrated serially programmable, digital step attenuator with a step size of 0.25 dB for glitch-safe, attenuation accuracy over a 31.75 dB attenuation range, two gain blocks and high a linearity amplifier. The Digital Variable Gain Amplifier is available in a  6 x 6 x 0.95 mm LGA package and is ideal for small cells, repeater and 5G/LTE wireless infrastructure applications.
