This range of ultra wideband low noise amplifiers from KMIC Technology operates from 1 GHz to 26.5 GHz. They provide an output power (P1dB) of 31 dBm, a gain of over 34 dB and a noise figure under 4 dB. The amplifiers have an internal regulator with reverse polarity protection. These are also have the option of variable gain control and temperature compensation. The amplifiers require a 15 V supply and are available in a module with SMA connectors.
