The LNF-LNC4_8SF_LG from Low Noise Factory is a Cryogenic Ultra-Low Noise Amplifier that operates from 4 to 8 GHz. This LNA uses LNF’s proprietary InP HEMT technology, requires a DC supply of -0.7 V and consumes 10 mA of current.
