The AMM-0001 from Marki Microwave is a mmWave LO Driver Amplifier that operates from 45 to 95 GHz. It delivers a saturated output power of +19 dBm with a small signal gain of more than 10 dB and provides excellent reverse isolation. This 50-ohm driver amplifier requires a DC supply from 1.5 V to 4 V and consumes less than 400 mA of current. It is available in a module that measures 1.320 x 0.946 inches with 1 mm (female) connectors and is ideal for use in mobile test and measurement equipment, radar and satellite communications, and driver amplifier for mmWave mixers.
