The ZVA-503GX+ from Mini-Circuits is a Gain Block that operates from 50 kHz to 50 GHz. It provides a gain of up to 12.5 dB with a noise figure of less than 6.5 dB and has an output P1dB of 20 mW. This gain block requires a DC supply of 5 V and consumes less than 150 mA of current.
