The PE2-30-20G20R6G-3R0-10-12-SFF from Quantic PMI (Planar Monolithics) is a Low Noise Amplifier (LNA) that operates from 20 to 26.5 GHz. It provides a gain of 30 dB with a noise figure of less than 3 dB and has an output P1dB of more than 10 dBm. This LNA is enclosed in Quantic PMI’s standard PE2 housing with SMA connectors or as a surface-mount component. The amplifier supports temperature compensation and gain/phase matching for improved accuracy. It requires a DC supply from 12 to 15 V and consumes less than 150 mA of current. This LNA is available in a module that measures 1.08 x 0.71 inches or a surface-mount package that measures 1.08 x 0.36 inches with SMA (female) connectors. It is available with optional MIL-STD-883 screening to ensure reliability.
