The PE2-35-120-5R0-10-12-SFF from Quantic PMI (Planar Monolithics) is a Low Noise Amplifier that operates from 1 to 20 GHz. It provides more than 30 dB of gain with a noise figure of 3 dB and has an output P1dB of over +10 dBm.  This amplifier requires a DC supply from +12 to +15 V and consumes 300 mA of current. It is unconditionally stable and features internal voltage regulation with options for temperature compensation and gain/phase matching. The LNA is available in a Gold-plated standard PE2 housing that measures 1.08 x 0.36 x 0.15 inches with SMA-female connectors. It has options for various packaging types and connector types along with MIL-STD-883 screening.
