The RWS05520-10 from RFHIC is a Power Amplifier that operates from 420 to 470 MHz. It delivers an output power of 40 W (P3dB) with a power gain of 40 dB and has an ON/OFF switching time of 3 µs. This amplifier is designed using RFHIC’s GaN-on-SiC high-electron-mobility transistors (HEMT) which provide high breakdown voltage, power, and efficiency. It has spurious levels of -65 dBc and harmonics of -25 dBc. The amplifier requires a DC supply of 28 V and consumes 2.1 A of current. It is available in a module that measures 63.0 x 47.0 x 14.4 mm and is ideal for use in aerospace and defense, military, radar, test & measurement, broadcasting, and communication system applications.
