The SDM35005-30H from RFHIC is a GaN Hybrid Power Amplifier that operates from 3300 to 3700 MHz. It delivers a peak output power of 77.6 W with a gain of 35.1 dB and a drain efficiency of 15%. This 2-stage amplifier is based on GaN-on-SiC technology and has a linearity of less than -42 dBc. It requires a DC supply of 48 V and consumes less than 100 mA of current. This amplifier is available in a ceramic surface-mount package that measures 8.0 x 14.0 x 2.6 mm and is ideal for massive MIMO, 4G/5G systems, multi-band, multi-mode, multi-carrier small cells, and low-power remote radio head (RRH) drive amplifier applications.
