The SDM37003-30H from RFHIC is a 2-Stage GaN Hybrid Power Amplifier Module that operates from 3400 to 3800 MHz. It delivers a saturated output power of 40 W with a power gain of 40 dB and a drain efficiency of 18%. This amplifier has been developed for 5G C-Band applications. It is internally matched to 50 ohms and requires a DC supply voltage of 48 V to operate. The amplifier is available in a ceramic surface-mount package that measures 8.0 x 14.0 x 2.6 mm. It is designed for 5G m-MIMO, small cells, multi-carrier and low-power remote radio head applications.
