The TT9 Series from Smiths Interconnect are Q-band wide-band fixed chip attenuators that operate from DC to 20 GHz. They are available in attenuation values from 0 to 10 dB in 1 dB steps and can handle 500 mW of input power. These attenuators have a VSWR of 1.40:1 and are available in a surface-mount package that measures 1.78 X 1.62 mm. They are specifically designed for surface mount broadband applications which require more power and are ideal for Mobile Networks, Broadcast, High Power Amplifiers, Isolators/Circulators, Military, and Instrumentation applications.
