The LIM-301 from L3Harris Narda Miteq is a PIN diode based limiter that operates from 2 to 18 GHz. It can handle a CW Input power of up to 3 watts and peak power of up to 500 watts with a pulse width of 1 us and duty cycle of 0.1%. It has a flat leakage of 130 mW and recovery time of 200 ns. The limiter is available in a module with SMA Connectors.
