The T3H-20G from Marki Microwave is a Two-Tone Mixer with an LO/RF frequency range from 10 MHz to 20 GHz and IF frequency range from 10 MHz to 18 GHz. The mixer has a conversion loss of 8.5 dB (1 – 9 GHz) and 9.5 dB (10 MHz – 18 GHz). It provides an LO-RF and LO-IF isolation of more than 15 dB with good non-linear spurious performance and a flexible LO drive requirement from +15 to +25 dBm. This mixer is compatible with both sine and square wave LOs and is matched to 50-ohms. It is available in connectorized (SMA-female), surface mount, and drop-in style package.
The T3H-20G is a form-fit-function replacement for the obsolete T3H-20, built using GaAs diodes instead of Si.
