The 4209-18-63 from Weinschel by Spectrum Control is a Programmable Attenuator that operates from 0.1 to 18 GHz. It provides an attenuation of up to 63 dB with step size of 0.5 dB and a switching speed of 40 ns. This solid-state attenuator can handle an input power of up to 28 dBm and has an insertion loss of less than 5.2 dB. It requires a DC supply of 3.3-16 V and consumes up to 25 mA of current. The attenuator can be controlled via a Windows, Apple Os X or Linux device via USB, UART, I2C, SPI and Parallel (TTL & CMOS Compatible) interfaces.
