The KT103 from KCB Solutions is a GaAs pHEMT broadband digital attenuator that operates from 0.02 to 4 GHz. It has an attenuation range of 31.75 dB with a resolution of 0.25 dB and a low insertion loss of 4 dB. This 7-bit digital attenuator has an LSB of 0.25 dB and MSB of 16 dB and provides a control voltage of high logic (+0.2 V) and low logic (-3 V) level. It is successfully tested as per 1M RAD TID standards to fulfill the screening requirements of MIL-PRF-38534 Class B and S in addition to the required QCI (Quality Council of India). The attenuator is designed in a hermetic SMT package for high-reliability applications such as Microwave, Military Radios, VSAT, Telecom Infrastructure, and Test Equipment.
