The S1P-69-3JH from G.T Microwave is a SPST PIN Diode Pulse Modulator that operates from 2 GHz to 18 GHz. It has an isolation of 80 dB, an insertion loss of less than 3.0 dB and harmonics of -60 dBc. This pulse modulator can handle up to 27 dBm (1 W) of CW power and has a TTL compatible logic with a switching speed of less than 30 Sec. It requires a supply of +5/-15 VDC at +/- 50 mA and measures 1.00 x 1.00 x 0.50 inch.
