The MMD-2060L from Marki Microwave is a broadband MMIC frequency doubler with an input frequency of 10 to 30 GHz and an output frequency of 20 to 60 GHz. It has very low conversion loss and provides excellent suppression with 37 dBc fundamental and 40 dBc 3F suppression values. This multiplier provides an output power of -6 dBm with a nominal +5 dBm input. It has been fabricated with GaAs Schottky diodes and is available as a wire bondable chip or connectorized module. The MMD-2060L is ideal for a wide range of SATCOM, radar, 5G, and point-to-point applications.
