The MQS-0209 from Marki Microwave is a 90 degree Quadrature Hybrid Coupler that operates from 2 to 9 GHz. The hybrid coupler has an isolation of 16 dB, amplitude balance of 0.5 dB and phase balance of +/- 3 degrees. It has been developed using Passive GaAs MMIC technology and is available as a wire bondable chip or connectorized module. The coupler can be used in a wide range of applications including single sideband upconverters, image rejection downconverters, IQ modulators, balanced amplifiers and microwave correlators.
