The MFBC-00019CH from Marki Microwave is a Passive Bandpass Filter with a passband from 58.30 to 77.70 GHz. It is based on passive GaAs MMIC technology that allows the production of smaller filter constructions that replace larger form factor circuit board constructions. Tight fabrication tolerances allow for less unit-to-unit variation than traditional filter technologies. The filter has a pass band insertion loss of 2.85 dB and provides out-of-band rejection of more than 30 dB. It has excellent return loss and a wide stopband with a fast roll-off factor. This RoHS-compliant bandpass filter is available as a wire bondable die that measures 3.10 x 2.20 mm and is suitable for mmWave, high rejection filtering applications. It has an EAR99 export classification.
